Once you are logged in to the Travel Agent Portal, you can start booking with Daytrip. A one-way trip is a point-to-point private car transfer, with the option to add sightseeing stops along the way.
1. Locate the create bookings bar.
2. Enter the starting and arrival destinations.
3. Select travel date and time.
4. Edit the number of passengers and luggage.
5. Then, press search.
Note: Make sure to correctly indicate the number of adults and children. If you are traveling with children, you will be given the option to add if a child car seat is needed, at no extra cost. Each passenger is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on, specify if more luggage space is needed.
6. Select the type of vehicle you want. Daytrip offers sedan, compact MPV, and vans for all routes. Luxury vehicles are available in select countries.
7. Next, customize the trip with sightseeing stops. Daytrip expertly recommends stops along the way to turn a travel day into an unforgettable experience.
8. Click on suggested stops for more details, edit the duration of the stop, and see pricing information.
9. Enter the client’s information. Adding the client's email is optional.
Note: Specify any special requirements (such as a wheelchair or travelling with a pet) and select if a child seat is needed.
10. Choose to either Pay now or Reserve now, and pay later.
