Once you book a trip, you can download a travel document with 3 options: full price, without discount or no price.
- The full price option shows the price that was prepaid, or the NET rate.
- The without discount option shows the full cost of the trip without any discounts.
- The no price option doesn't display a price.
There are two ways you can access the travel document.
Access from My Trips
Step 1: Ensure you're logged in to your travel agent account, and navigate to My Trips.
Once you book a trip with Daytrip, you'll be able to manage the trip by going to your account. Here, you can:
- add details
- make some changes
- view the driver and vehicle details (usually visible up to 3 days before departure)
- cancel your trip.
Step 2: Select your booking and click Download travel document.
Step 3: Pick without price.
Access from Upcoming Trips
You can also access this document when you navigate to your upcoming trips page. Here's how:
Step 1: Select a booking and click View
Step 2: Click Download travel document
Step 3: Click without price.
