What is Daytrip’s cancellation policy?

Need to cancel or postpone a trip? You can cancel your client’s ride with Daytrip up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund, or change their itinerary up to 36 hours before departure. 

Don't know how to cancel a trip? Follow the steps below. 

Step 1: Log in to your travel agent profile from our homepage.

You can find this by clicking on My Trips in the upper right-hand corner. 


Step 2: Click on the Account icon in the upper right hand corner, and click on My trips. 

On the My Trips page, you can see your past, upcoming, and cancelled trips.

 

Step 3: Select the trip you wish to cancel. 

Step 4: Open the trip, and you'll see the option "cancel booking" in the upper right hand corner. 

Step 5: Click on the Cancel booking button.

 

You'll be given the option to cancel the order or contact us if you need assistance rescheduling it! You can add addresses and make changes to their trip up to 36 hours before departure. Changes requested under 36 hours are subject to driver availability and/or additional fees, especially in the high season.


If you need to cancel the booking under 24 hours before departure, you will need to contact our support team directly, and it will not be eligible for a refund as per our terms of use.
