Once you book a trip, you can download a travel document with 3 options: full price, without discount or no price.
The full price option shows the price that was prepaid, or the NET rate.
The without discount option shows the full cost of the trip without any discounts.
The no price option doesn't display a price.
You can access the travel document by logging in to your account, clicking on My Trips, and then click Download travel document on the upcoming trip that you need a travel document for. A drop-down menu will appear with the above 3 options.
You can also click View, where you’ll be taken to an overview of the trip, and there is a button to download the travel document there as well.
