Definition of CITA: An individual travel agent cooperating with us on a commission basis.
1. Go to your email and find an email from Hyperwallet.
After your booked trip finishes, you'll receive an email from Hyperwallet with the subject line Activate CITA Payouts Account. Open this email and click on the activate button.
2. Verify your account using your phone number.
Write your full phone number, including international prefix.
Important note: The phone number you enter on this page must match the phone number associated with your travel agent profile in our system. If this is the phone number of one of your clients, please contact our support so they can tell you how to proceed. Our support can be reached at daytrip@daytrip.com.
3. Select Account Type: Individual.
4. Enter your personal information and home address.
Make sure the information filled in is accurate, and disregard the "driver ID" field.
5. Enter your email, password, security questions and answers.
You'll then need to agree to Hyperwallet's policies by checking the boxes.
6. Add a new transfer method.
You'll have the choice between Paypal, Venmo and Bank Account. Please take note of the transfer fee, processing time, and foreign exchange policies written for each transfer method.
7. Go to the Transfer Center to see the various actions you can take with your account.
You can transfer the funds, view details, remove. the transfer method, or set up an auto transfer.

Important note: These instructions only apply to individual travel agents, or travel agents who are part of host agencies without a contractual agreement with Daytrip. At this time, only individual travel agents based in the U.S. and Canada have the option to cooperate with us on a commission basis.
