How can my customers find the driver?

We offer a variety of pick-up options from accommodations, airports, train stations, and ports. Whenever possible, we offer door-to-door transportation as long as the locations are vehicle accessible. If your client’s pick-up and drop-off address is not vehicle accessible, our customer support team will reach out to you beforehand to notify you of the best meeting point.

 

For airport pick-ups, the driver will be waiting for the clients at the arrival hall associated with their flight number, holding a sign with their name on it. For port and train pick-ups, the driver will typically meet the clients at the disembarkation point or at the platform.

 

You and your clients will also receive a reminder with the driver’s name, mobile number, and vehicle details via email 2-5 days before departure, so you can coordinate some details with the pick-up if you wish.
