How do I make changes to my booking or cancel it?

Any itinerary changes can be made up to 36 hours before departure. Due to logistical reasons, we can't guarantee changes requested under this time frame. In case your client needs a last-minute change, we will do our best to accommodate it, depending on the driver's availability. 

How do I edit the pick-up and drop-off addresses?

Step 1. Navigate to our homepage.

Make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are not logged in, the button in the upper right hand corner will display My trips.

When you are logged in, it will display Account.

Step 2. Click on Account, and then click on My Trips

 

You'll be redirected to a page that shows your upcoming trips, past trips, and even your cancelled trips if you toggle it. 

Step 3. Select the trip you wish to edit.

Step 4. Enter the pick-up and drop-off addresses on the Itinerary tab.

How do I change the pick-up date and time? 

Please note itinerary changes can only be guaranteed up to 36 hours before departure. Changes under this timeframe must be requested through our support and are not guaranteed. 

Step 1. Follow steps 1-3 in the first section of this article (ensure you're logged in, navigate to your trips, and click on the trip you wish to edit).

Step 2. Change the departure date and time according to your preference.
 

How do I cancel a booking? 

Step 1. Follow steps 1-3 in the first section of this article (ensure you're logged in, navigate to your trips, and click on the trip you wish to edit).

Step 2. Click on Cancel booking.

You will see the option to cancel the trip in the upper right-hand corner. 

 

Step 5. Choose Cancel order.
