Any itinerary changes can be made up to 36 hours before departure. Due to logistical reasons, we can't guarantee changes requested under this time frame.
Most changes need to be requested directly with our support team. Currently, you cannot change the pick-up address, drop-off address or departure date or time from your profile. Please contact our 24/7 customer support team at daytrip@daytrip.com to request a modification to your booking.
In case your client needs a last-minute change, we will do our best to accommodate it, depending on the driver's availability.
You can, however, cancel bookings directly from your profile.
How do I cancel a booking?
Step 1. Navigate to our homepage.
Make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are not logged in, the button in the upper right hand corner will display My trips.
When you are logged in, it will display Account.

Step 2. Click on Account, and then click on My Trips.
You'll be redirected to a page that shows your upcoming trips, past trips, and even your cancelled trips if you toggle it.
Step 3. Click on View on the trip you wish to cancel.
Step 4. Click on Cancel booking.
You will see the option to cancel the trip in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 5. Choose Cancel order.
You could also contact our customer support team for any assistance postponing, rescheduling or changing your booking.
