For commission payouts, Daytrip uses Hyperwallet, a global payment platform that is a part of the Paypal group. Follow this guide to activate your account and set up automated payouts.

How can I set up Hyperwallet?
1. Go to your email and locate two emails from "Daytrip Billing Dep."
2. Reply to the “ACTION REQUIRED” email to confirm your email address and phone number.
3. Then, you will receive an activation email directly from Hyperwallet. This email asks you to activate your Travel Agent Payouts account (this is the name of Daytrip’s payout service through Hyperwallet).
4. Enter your phone number.
5. Select account type as business.
6. Enter company and account information.
7. Select your preferred transfer method.
8. IMPORTANT: Select the Transfer tab to set up automatic transfers.
9. Click the Action button next to your chosen payment method.
10. Choose Create Auto Transfer to automate deposits to your bank account.
11. For the transfer period, select Every day to seamlessly receive money from Daytrip the same or next day to your bank account.
12. Click Confirm to activate auto transfers.
When will I receive automatic commission payments?
We recommend choosing daily automated transfers when setting up automatic transfers. This means that money from Daytrip will be transferred to your bank account the same or next day. If monthly is selected, the accrued balance will withdraw on the date selected once a month.
With both options, a report is sent that has a breakdown of each travel agent’s bookings and their corresponding commission amount
