What are the payment options when booking a trip?

As an individual travel agent, there are 2 available payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Cash (During the day of the trip by the client)

You can select it at the end of the booking process on the page titled Complete your booking.

Step 2. Scroll down and select a payment method.

 

 

The cash option can also be selected as a way to "reserve the trip": you can confirm it with the cash payment method and lock in the price, and then pay later by logging in to your profile. Alternatively, you can contact our support team for a secured payment link. 

It's important to note that for trips costing over 200 USD/EUR, a 20% deposit must be paid online at least 24 hours before the trip if the clients wish to pay in cash. 

Travel agents associated with a host agency partnered with Daytrip have an additional option for payment, which is Partner payment.
