Daytrip only guarantees all trips booked at least 36 hours before departure. Trips booked under this timeframe are not guaranteed, but you can still request it and we'll look for an available driver!
Trips requested with the departure under 36 hours are called urgent trips.
How to request an urgent trip:
Step 1: Navigate to our homepage, and enter the route information.
Step 2: Proceed with the booking process.
You'll be able to select the vehicle category, add optional sightseeing stops, and enter the passenger details and payment information.
Step 4: Submit your request.
After submitting, you'll see a notice that we are processing your order.
Step 5. Monitor the status of your request by clicking on the Manage booking button.
On this page, you'll see information about when you can expect a driver to be found. In case we're not able to confirm your trip request right away, our support team will also email you to ask if you have a deadline by when you need to know if we've found a driver.
Once we've found a driver, you'll receive a confirmation email and see the driver's details! You can also cancel the booking request by clicking the button.
