What is Reserved Booking?
A reserved booking lets you draft car transfers and trips for your client without immediate confirmation and payment. This gives you time to get client approval before finalizing the booking!
Save booking progress without immediate payment.
Easily return later to edit and confirm bookings for your clients.
Who Can Use Reserved Bookings?
Reserved bookings are available only to professional travel agents with an IATA code or similar ID. You must be logged in to the Daytrip Travel Agent portal to access this feature.
Key Rules to Remember
Not available for last-minute trips: Reserved bookings cannot be made less than 48 hours before departure due to driver logistics.
Price guarantee: Route prices are locked in upon reservation and will not change when confirmed. However, the price may change if you edit:
Number of passengers
Amount of luggage
Destination
Sightseeing stops (added or removed)
Please Note: Destination and Sightseeing stop changes currently are not available through self-service editing and require assistance from our Customer Service team (see: Editing a Reserved Booking (Before Confirmation))
Automatic Cancellation: Reserved bookings that aren’t confirmed are automatically cancelled by Daytrip 48 hours before the trip.

Editing a Reserved Booking (Before Confirmation)
Self-Service Changes
A reserved booking does not have a driver assigned yet. This means you can make most edits yourself without contacting Customer Service.
Under “Reserved Bookings”, you can make these changes without contacting Customer Service:
Date and time
Pick-up and drop-off locations (within the destination*)
Lead passenger details
Number of passengers
Number of luggage items
Special request notes
If the updated passenger or luggage count exceeds the car’s capacity, an alternative car with a revised price will be shown for confirmation.
* Destination refers to the departure and arrival city/area (e.g. Barcelona → Parafrugell). Pick-up and drop-off locations are specific points within those areas (hotel, street, attraction).
