Can I reserve my trip and pay later?

Yes, you can! You can now reserve your booking and lock in the price before checking in with the client. You can follow this simple step-by-step guide:

Where and how do I use the “Reserve now, pay later feature”?

Begin your booking process as usual. When you reach the payment step, select the Reserve option instead of submitting payment details. 

Note: Make sure you are logged in as a travel agent. If you are not, start here.

From here on, you can continue booking, or access your bookings or reserved bookings.

 

How can I access and pay for my reserved bookings?

You can access your reserved bookings directly from the Daytrip main page. Make sure you are logged in, then click on your name and proceed to the portal. From there, you can manage all your bookings, including reserved ones.


With this feature, you have greater control over your bookings and can easily run the trip by your clients before finalizing the reservation. Keep in mind that if major changes are made to the booking, the reserved price may be subject to change.

What are the terms and cancellation policy?

Reserved orders will be automatically cancelled 48 hours before the trip’s departure if payment is not received.


If you book a trip with a departure time in 48 hours, the system will automatically prevent you from accessing this feature. Once again, please note that if major changes are made to the booking, the reserved price may be adjusted.

How do I edit my reserved bookings?

With reserved bookings, you now have the option to adjust them yourself in your profile. You can change:

  • Date and time of the trip
  • Pickup address
  • Drop off address
  • Amount of passengers and luggage needed (Vehicle is subject to change)
  • Lead passenger's name and details
